How long will it take?
Most TDC projects are completed within 8 to 10 weeks.
Of course, the more complex the design, the longer the process
can take.

Does the rock sculpture and hardscape require any special
care?
No.
You can enjoy them just as you would the real thing.

Is the pool pump and cleaning equipment noisy?
No.
TDC takes special care in plumbing and installing pool
equipment so that the components run smoothly and quietly. You
will hear a slight whirring...but that's about it.

Will I need to work with a separate landscaper?
No.
All TDC plans come with a landscape, drainage, and
irrigation plan.

What will it cost to maintain my pool and spa?
Surprisingly little compared to all of the benefits of pool ownership.
